You may request a refund for your commission before it is has been completed.

25% of the payment is non-refundable, no exceptions.

Your refund will be delivered along with what work has been done, if any.

I do not offer refunds on completed works. If you require changes to be made, please contact me.

your request, or character(s), is particularly complex or difficult.

you do not have a clear visual reference of your character(s).

you have a deadline for the art to be delivered by.

you request variations or major revisions to the artwork beyond the agreed service.

you wish for a type of Non Disclosure Agreement that requires me to keep works in progress a secret.

I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason I deem necessary.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission for any reason I deem necessary

I reserve all rights to the artwork and will use it accordingly to promote my business (such as posting the artwork to social media, use it in my portfolio, record or stream its process, edit or print it for promotional reasons or publish it in collections).

Exception; if rights are transferred to an individual or company under a written contract.

After you have sent in an inquiry with the necessary information, I will discuss with you the content and complexity of your commission and provide you a quote based off the information gathered.

A completed work may take anywhere between 1 weeks to 2 months to complete (after payment) depending on the complexity. An official time estimate will be given to you on an individual basis, and you will be notified if this time period is extended for any reason.

If you need your work done by a certain deadline you can ask for a rush delivery fee. This fee will be discussed based on your deadline. I also reserve the right to decline a rush delivery.

Once services begin, you will be updated regularly with correspondences and Works-In-Progress and I will prompt you for your input and for any changes you wish to be made. Please be mindful of the kinds of revisions you are asking for; as large changes should be made earlier in the commission process. Large alterations or variations may necessitate additional fees.
